Being a mom has taught me that you are in a constant state of empowerment and vulnerability simultaneously. 

I am confident in my decisions at the same time always second guessing if I am doing right by him. 

It is very easy to slip into self doubt, fear of judgements, and insecurities, but that is when being Miindful is most necessary. 

Take a step back, breathe, and ground yourself. Trust that the universe has your back and channel your instincts. Those same instincts that grew your baby inside of you to make that perfect tiny human. 

Utilize your resources, call in help. Do whatever you have to do to get yourself back to confident mama. Just know we are all doing the best we can. 

It is okay to feel like that, I am learning each day that I am as inexperienced as they come. But its perfectly okay, my baby is happy and healthy. I am taking the same approach in my yoga challenge for 2018. Take it step by step. 

Give yourself some credit. You are doing great.
