Happy Friday! 

The weekend is upon us- I wanted to remind you to take some time for yourself. 

The fall air is crisp, the colors are vibrant, and the sun is still present. Take advantage before winter creeps in. 

Take a walk, meditate, try something new.

In three simple steps you can feel rejuvenated. 

First, Release

Let go of all the weight that built up on your shoulders this week. Let go of the frustrations, worries, and any negativity that penetrated your energy field. Visualize yourself taking a deep breathe as a beautiful white cleansing light enters your crown chakra(top of the head) and as it flows down your body its dragging any negative energy down through your feet and away from you. 

Second, Relax.

Take time to just be. Make a calm quiet space. Read a book, listen to your favorite band, or watch a funny rom-com. Do whatever makes you feel relaxed and light. Let your mind drift and imagine all the great people and things in your life. If you can, splurge on yourself- get a massage or a mani/pedi. 

And lastly, Restore.

Make a list of things you are grateful for in your life(3-5 items) and let each one sink in as you create this emotion of appreciation in your being. Then make a list of things that make you smile about yourself(3-5 items) and let each one sink in as you create this emotion of self love. Finally, take action- call your best friend, hug your dog, or play games with your children. Do something that will make your soul happy! Create a buzz of positivity in yourself and start the new week on your “best foot”. 

Take the chance and see how great you feel Monday morning. 

Then repeat.

 It is not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, and make your happiness a priority. It’s necessary. – Mandy Hale
